How feasible would it be to put a umbilical pump and DCI arm on a existing tanker, I know vacuum pump would be to move. Anyone done it ?

I did it with mine, well still haven’t fitted the arm (sat on a pallet),I mounted the vac pump under the front (where your air tank is) and mounted a hydraulic motor off flowfit to drive it.
Mounted the pump on the drawbar and cut a hole in the tanker to feed it with a gate valve set up,your biggest cost is the umbilical pump.

Don't know if the drawbar will be long enough to fit an evo pump but relocating the vacuum pump and making it hydraulic drive will be cheaper. If it's the tanker pictured you won't be able to mount the umbilical pump on the drawbar and feed it out of the front of the tank because of the sprung drawbar. Either mount it on a frame at the front of the tank or mount it on the drawbar and run a flexible pipe to somewhere under the tank.
