Could do with changing our drilling discs and coulters.
Are genuine parts better wearing than none genuine ?

Been there done that, get them on stock order or out of season and your dealer should almost get down to the budget boys price, having fitted both I swore I’d never use non genuine again.

Genuine only!!! Like others have said get it all on a stock order. And the price is nigh on par with the spurious stuff. Running two 6m rapids here I can assure you that genuine metal lasts longer than the other stuff made out of cheese!!!

Use genuine. I've tried APM and Spaldings and they are no good. The APM ones got sent back - half as thick and not even centralised! The newer Maxipart ones might be better but I've never tried them. As above, put them on a stock order out of season & you'll get a decent price.

Talking to a spaldings rep once about plough points and all he kept repeating was “our points are 25% thicker than original parts. They could be 10 times thicker but if they are made of cheese they won’t last longer . Conversation ended in me asking how many sets of points he had changed in his life .
