Came on a tractor a couple of years ago, but now temperamental if wants to work. Any one ever done away with it before it leaves me stranded

Take it off, useless things!

Better off with a hidden second ignition switch or a second button to press and hold at same time as turning the key, ideally one with a picture of a big horn on it!

Had same in a forklift with the code written on the window 🙄
Had to rip the dash out and find the two blockers and twist the wires together. One was on ignition circuit one was on shuttle in my case. Just a case of hunt the little black boxes im afraid.

As above, there’s usually two little black cutout thingies. I use to have to fit them when I worked at a dealers.
If it’s on a Deere there’s probably one on the ignition and possibly one somewhere behind the fues box, it will depend on how enthusiastic the person fitting it was as to how well they are hidden!

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
