Vicon RF135 - Gearbox oil change

Evening
Has anyone ever done it? The manual says to only change the fluid when the gearbox needs to be repaired (or something along those lines), so I'm assuming there's no easy way to drain the oil.

Where is the filler/level plug? I can't see anything on the sides so I'm guessing I have to remove the roll of net and possibly unbolt the spare net roll holder thing?

Edit:

Just looking in the parts manual, it looks like the drain plug is on the front/bottom (19) but I can't see a filler plug anywhere. It's got what looks like a breather at the back (17).

Don't panic everybody, I figured it out. It really wasn't that hard.

There's a hole in the bottom mounting plate to access the drain plug, you've got to lie on your back on top of the pickup to get to it but it's there:

Then under the roll of net, there's a hole to access the filler plug (which isn't even shown on the parts diagram above). The required amount of oil (1.3l) needs to be measured and poured in, there's no level indicator or dipstick.

It's a good thing I changed the oil, look at the state of what came out:

'Only replace fluid in case of repair' my ass. It's as much of a rort as the "sealed for life" transmissions in cars.

I can’t see the point or reasoning with these sealed for life. Oil out of mower cutter bars “sealed for life” always comes oit looking similar or worse. A gallon on Ep 80-90 or similar is very cheap compared to a mid summer breakdown. When I worked for a dealer selling Vicon machinery KV/Vicon recommended changing mower beds oil after first 8hrs work. Well worth doing.
