Hot off YouTube just now….

Summary

Good Vit D level gives 34% protection from getting Covid19

Deficient patients with Covid are 6 times more likely to require mechanical ventilation in hospital

Low Vit D levels 15 times more likely to die.

Thats why I stayed away from hospitals, I imagined going there already low for vit d then picking up covid! I'm sure I read somewhere that 1/3 of infections are contracted in hospital?

My family, including myself, have been taking 8000iu VitaminD3 since early Autumn. Two 4000iu tabs every day. Also a small amount of zinc and vitK2 plus Quercetin [500mg] combined with vitC [600mg].

If I catch Covid the the K2 dose would be eliminated straight away and replaced by a fair dose of aspirin, because K2 does aid blood clotting and Covid actually causes blood clotting.

I had my bloods and results came back 38 on vit D and mega low calcium all the GPs in the practice dismissed my results are being fine and nothing to worry about. I did my research and disagreed. Anyway spoke to the specialist Rheumatologist and she said it is not adequate and the low calcium was probably a symptom of low vit D. Minimum should be 50. So Im taking 2000 per day but you need to consume huge amounts to overdose. You can take a large amount once a week too. You get 20% of your daily allowance from food rest from sunlight but in this climate we dont get the sunlight in the winter. Its so cheap to buy and now me and the man take daily Vit D at breakfast with K2 and magnesium Glyninate. May be a coincide by Im not so tired in the morning and that hangover feeling has improved.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
