Google "walderseyfarms.co.uk", they have an informative website . As @slim shiny says it is owned by Yorkshire Council pension fund ,their website should confirm that.
Must be one the few pension funds who still have large funds invested in agriculture , many pension funds pulled out of agriculture years ago as fast as they got into agriculture. Perhaps other ,more informed TFF members may wish to comment.
Slightly off topic who bought the Strutt and Parker farms?

I tried to find that out only today. As far as reported it was " an investment fund", so interesting to know the answer. It was a bit telling that Savills handled the sale.

From press reports Strutt and Parker Farms were bought by Robigus ltd and Belportl ltd were involved too.
I see the company farming the land is “Strutt and Parker Farming “, they have a web site under that name.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
