Thank you for the reply and Thanks for the feedback. We currently have 12,000 products on the website so it could end up swamping the homepage. The aim of the homepage is to build trust and all the products can be found in the navigation or search.

So for future Web development would you remove the testimonials and about us from the homepage?

Absolutely. It’s a common theme among scam websites that they have a evolve host of wonderful happy customers. it screams dodgy to me.
Just my opinion though. Could just be me

Might just be me but I’m always suspicious of websites where the testimonials and about us on the homepage are bigger than what they actually sell

And the address is a residential street
One of the testimonial photos is from a sultry looking woman with an off the shoulder top, looking suspiciously like it was taken in a hotel room. Not what I'd expect for a seller of cutting discs and welders.

Edit: and this??

Fantastic service would definitely recommend very professional work was carried out with no issues clean smart individuals would definitely recommend if you need to have a outside job carried out regarding soft wash or paths and driveways cleaning. Well worthwhile to contact ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thanks for your reply again. The word sultry made me smile. The reviews on the are website are auto-generated from google and we can't speak for our customers profile picture.

Regarding the other review, it must of been a mistake when it came through from Google and will be taken off shortly.

What else would build trust?

Who are you? nowhere on your website does it have a company name, that I can see. I like to know who I’m dealing with so I can check your accounts before giving you money.

Even the history part is very suspicious without any name.

If they’ve got a shitty website which makes me wonder I do.

As I asked, what is the Ltd Co name? It’s not even in your website Ts & Cs.
Thanks for the comment, how could we make it so its not a 'shitty website'?

I don't know if it shows on your screen, but its at the bottom of every page along with the company number.

Thanks, it was hidden behind the cookie warning banner that I had chosen not to accept. That's mea culpa on my part so apologies. Interesting to look at your accounts though, they don't really tie up to the bold claims made in your website.

As before, it's things like the dodgy irrelevant testimonials that raise questions. The "trying to look bigger than you obviously are" part too. Be honest, not claim you've gone multinational and imply you have many vans when you clearly don't. (oh, and don't claim you were incorporated in 2013 when you weren't).

And one final thing - get the text pages proof read by someone who knows how to spell and what apostrophes are for.

Ok thanks for your insights.

We do need to change it to 2012 instead of 2013. With over 12,000 pages some things do miss the net.

And we will get someone to proof read everything.

Is there anything else we can improve?

Honestly, I’d change the focus from implying “we’re big” to “were local and we care”, but that’s a strategic move and a personal one that only you can decide. Right now, it looks like you’re just another drop-shipper of tools.

The aim is too blend the two. The franchise van side of the business is the 'were local and we care' and the online store enables use to serve customers with a huge catalogue. Multimax marketing Ltd is only the marketing side of the wholesale business.

can you tell me where it says about being incorporated in 2013, I can't seem to find it to get it changed?

Again, that just makes you look like you're trying to BS that you're bigger than you actually are. From a quick check on Companies House it seems that Multimax marketing Ltd has one director/ owner and that director is only connected with one company.

First thought is no, not unless you want to pay me to do your job, but I'm feeling helpful today.
