What do you eat for lunch

You know you are losing weight when working and miles away from home or shops you are so hungry you could eat the lining off the the inside of the cab. Used to have a ham and tomato sandwich for lunch without the bread. As in just ham and tomatoes. 4 hours later eventually went into a shop. My only weakness sweet wise is cadbury caramel chocolate. When I went in there I not only wanted to buy one I was going to buy the whole bloody box. I now understand womens' cravings. Settled for a pork pie for my tea instead. That's willpower by the way. Lost 2kg that week.

Another go to when hungry, is either a pint or a litre of full fat milk. A great, nutritious, liquid lunch.
Yes! if all your liquids are milk you will rarely go hungry, you still have to eat a bit but you won't starve. also if you get tired of milk make chocolate milk if you get tired of that add some coffee to your chocolate milk switch back and forth for best results. #iamnotlactoseintolerant

Right now I am still growing so on a regular day on the job (i do a lot of carpentry work) i eat anything and everything i can get my hands on, and i still can't seem to gain any weight, i imagine i will be able to live on less once i quit growing.
