Yesterday, I toiled for hours cleaning the inside of one of my tractors.

What happens during the night? A bloody owl swoops in and craps everywhere. Ick.

Rang the bank call centre and was told I would have to go to the branch. Can't ring the branch direct though, can only ring the call centre. Went to the branch (34 mile round trip) and they said I'd need to make an appointment and come back next month. Half a day and some travelling wasted.

Had a quiet day, mending some stuff on my shittymaker tank, did a few loads, backed up in the shed to improve something, had some very welcome rain. I then decided to do a few more loads, up comes my dad with another tractor and rips a tyre pushing through a to small gap with an implement he should have taken off in the first place. It wouldn't have been as bad if it wasn't total unnesessary. I would've been gone a few minutes later anyway and it was so obvious it was to tight a squeeze. And it wasn't his first time to rip a tyre!
Come on!

@Gerbert one day my son, you too, will be old.
Be assured you will annoy your children as much as your father annoys you.

Be kind - it will pay back later. :)

Power tool storage cases.

Ever tried to fit a tool and its power supply, plug and accessories back in when you are in a hurry? It's like some sort of puzzle, and unless you get everything absolutely right the lid just won't shut.

If they made them just slightly bigger, especially where the flex is stored, it would be so much easier.
