It’s a small chain newsagents/convenience store. Give them the day off ffs if folk can’t plan to go a day without shopping, it’s a sad state of affairs.

Unfortunately if they were free certain sections of society would be claiming for more than they needed, if needed at all, and then selling them abroad.Some men and many women endure a great deal of embarrassment around urinary incontinence, and they don't have to. I think it's ridiculous pads aren't free on prescription, tbh.
Women's sanitary products should be, that's for sure. As it is it's appalling they are charged VAT on, and classified as "luxury items".
