How much should someone charge for winter grazing (Oct - Feb) for 200 sheep on 100 acres with water and good fencing?

Realistically if you are looking at them and the grass is managed pasture and you are not a thousand feet up then a pound a week for ewes would be fair and realistic to both parties.
