Yorkshire boarding

I have a straw shed 20’ eves, 20’ bays and want to put 10’ Yorkshire boarding up to stop a bit of weather. Will 2, 9*3 purlins on their edge be ok, or will they sag over time? How can I strengthen them? Would z purlins be better?? Timber is £50+ each!!

Crap picture, what do you mean by knee brace??

I always notch in a cross brace strap, from the top of the stanchion or from the eaves beam gusset, down to the mid point of the cladding rail; 6x3 timber on the flat is then plenty to carry boards over 15ft.
