Zetor 5211 - Hydraulic Pump/ Plate is stuck

Hi folks,

Looking for any help, I've to replace the hydraulic pump on my Zetor 5211, straight forward job.

However, after removing all the bolts on the plate underneath the tractor, the plate will not come down. Its like there's another 10 bolts holding it up!!! I've checked a few times now and there are no more bolts, or anything I can see holding it up. Has anyone any idea why this might be happening? Or what I can do to get it down?
