FFS don’t they know farmers are busy then? Or is some kind of racket with auctioneers and dealers? Joking apart it always seems ridiculous to me.
Land in my area is tracking higher in price it seems every time a field is sold. Yesterday’s overpayments per acre look a bargain today. Most is fueled by the livestock sector requiring more acre to spread manure on to expand the animal numbers. strong Demand is also coming from foreign investors willing to gamble on inflation making them appear wise at buying. Is inflation going to swallow debt and make it look small. Who’s buying in your area. Investors,development money. City folks...
