Exactly,sometimes better to put a slightly larger scheme forward that will have a positive impact on the requirements of the adopted plan and it would be a good idea to see how many of the sites are considered as developable and would be a good idea to look at the LPA SHLAA reportI don't know any of those I'm afraid; will I do lol!
I think the councils view will be swayed if the land is adjoining the existing Limits of Build Development (LBD), if their housing demand is still below the acceptable level, if they do not have any allocated sites available to service that need and if what you can get on the site will make a large enough dent in their need.
