Now that I have it in the tractor, I was going through a few more menu's and have a few more questions.
This will be used for planting with a 12 row 30 in. twin row semi mounted monosem planter.
What should the look ahead ft. be? currently its 32.8' I forgot what screen that was on.
2. Planter over lap? positive number? Negative?
3. rear off set with semi mounted planter? I didn't see a setting for semi mounted equipment.
4. End of Row. 1st. setting 164' 2nd. 82' look ahead 32.8' is this ok for what I'm doing?
5. After updating, there were several boundary's (I didn't save any, none were mine anyway) So I deleted them all except the active one.
6. Boundary offset. If the fence line is on my left, would I have a negative off set?
Then would I set my offset at 1/2 the planter width plus say 15"? I won't be driving boundary's before planting. I'll do it on my first pass. Maybe flag where to drive.
7. For planting what steering mode do I use? 99.9 % of my acres are straight lines. . So do I use Adaptive curve? or something else? A+B
8. Another question is that none of the tractors (units) were removed when I updated the software. I had put mine in, and there were 2 other's there when I got it. Maybe it is setup that way and that is why there were so many boundary's left ?

Ok my parts came in yesterday. Looks like the intuicom bridge RTK has 3 wires with pins for the deutsch connector on the AGI-3. But the directions are clear as mud. I'm waiting for a return call... We had our first 65 degree day of the year and first in over 6 months. The only snow left is in the piles in the yard. But we have lakes in the fields. You must be planting, As I've had no reply's lately...

Still here. Need to catch up with your recent posts.

The 3 wires for the Bridge-X on the Deutsch conn. will be a serial port connection, one wire each for Tx, Rx and signal ground.

Have you tried your T-mobile SIM card in the Bridge-X yet and got an NTRIP connection back to MNCORS?

You can open up a web page connection to your Bridge-X using your tablet or PC to see what’s going on. You’ll need to connect the little GPS antenna to the Bridge-X too, so it can get/report an approximate ground position.

I left the T-mobile sim card in the AGI-3 RTK modem for now. I'm not pursuing that anymore, as my bridge is set up for Verizon, and I have very Strong Verizon cell reception.
I did connect my laptop via cable to the RTK bridge. and believe it was configured?? Not really sure ,it was last night and I wanted to confirm with Intuicom's help. I didn't input any NTRIP info in it yet. it did have all my cell (data) system's info via the sim card in the bridge unit. I'll take the tractor outside today and see what else I can get up and running. Have to get planter out and work on that too.. The lakes are starting to go down now.. Maybe planting in a week to 10 days??

I had some Great Help from Phillip at Intuicom today and we got it up and running. But I didn't have the AES- steering wheel installed at the time but, Got that done today, now working on front wheel angle sensor. Had to make a few brackets. Should be done Friday before I leave for the weekend. Maybe.
Is there manual for calibrating the front sensor? I only received the install manual. I'm really looking forward to watching planter instead of steering..

Well everything is installed, AES- steering wheel, front wheel angle sensor, wiring harnesses. I had to make my own brackets. Now I'm waiting for the instructions for calibrating the front angle sensor. Anyone know of them online? or could they be in the X45?

Glad to hear it’s nearly there. Compass, wheel angle sensor and mounting bias calibration should be done from the GX45 screen in the Autosteer setup area. Here’s a video link to do the compass calibration to give you some idea how to get to it. Basically the screen will take you through required steps.

Wheel angle sensor will be similar and involve driving very slowly and moving the steering from full lock left to full lock right.

The buttons to initiate these 3 calibration sequences are located one above the other on the right hand side of the Autosteer setup screen as you will see in the video....

Don’t forget to enter and (re)check your antenna location measurements before you do any of the calibrations above...

Ok another step done. compass calibrated, Then on to mounting bias, That took awhile, as I didn't know which Can-buss line to use. Turned out the other one. Now I'm waiting to find out how to get into the steering wheel angle calibration screen. I was told the number 512 is a good starting # with Wheels straight ahead. But Where do I find the correct screen? Dealer said he would call back..

Ok, So No go to get into Dealer login page, Anyone know how?? Topcon emailed the instructions for calibrating. But I can't get the front wheel angle sensor Enabled! If I change it, it changes back to disable. And the Front wheel icon is not half red with allows you to access it.. I'm back to waiting for a Topcon Rep!! I'm surprised there still in business, any other company would have gone UNDER with this type of customer support..

Friend has one that steers pretty well without the wheel angle sensor so I would maybe check everything is working then look to enable that after

Did you get a manual I will see what he has?

I was sent the manual with the section about calibration, but it doesn't have any information about accessing the dealer calibration page.. I did calibrate the compass and something else, just Not the Front wheel angle. So I got 2 out of the 3. Rep. just called and is checking into it..

Can you post up the instruction you received to get into the WAS calibration? As per video above and robt’s subsequent comment the dealer code to enter the various calibration screens should be 1234 (as per compass and mounting bias calibrations you did).
