With the future of RPA payments unsure, increasing feed cost, and the uncertainty around our exit from the European Community us farmers need to look at other ways of generating income.
We have developed a business model that is low impact, low maintenance and with very little ongoing costs. This business is currently generating 36K per year with the potential for more. This business opportunity requires at least 6 acres of pasture or woodlands with recreational land use permission (simple change of use required if currently agricultural land), good access, a population of 35,000 within a 15 mile radius and secure fences and hedges (stock fencing is ideal)

We will asses your sites potential and if suitable we will develop the business for you through marketing and website.
If you have the right land and are interested in generating a serious income with little effort why not give me a call 07568581695.
Check out an example of our business model here www.exmouthdogfield.co.uk this site is generating 36K per year with costs of less than 5K.

It's a good idea this I think and can see the demand, must be frustrating to have to keep your dog on a lead everywhere you go if you have no land of your own - I'm next to highly populated areas so it could work

however I see 2 key issues

why would I need any help / advice / marketing on this ? Establishing a windflower meadow and building / marketing a website is not hard

Once I had an established wildflower meadow that everyone knows ifs for dog walking (down to good marketing) how do I stop just anyone and everyone turning up at using it without paying ? if it has to be wardened then the cost outweighs the income per hour surely ?

I know someone who’s in-laws use a dog walking field for their untrained wild dog. It does work well, as far as I understand it the booking is all online. The walker is sent code that will unlock the entrance to the field, I think the system may generate a new code for each walker I’m not sure. But it does work and there is quite a demand. As for paying someone else to do the marketing, I can’t see that’s worthwhile.

Our neighbours done this.

An unused grass field that didn’t get used for anything else. Got it properly stock fenced. Keep the grass topped, a few bales, old tyre, bench etc.
Small hardcore parking area with portaloo and electric gate.

They have a website where you book you’re one hour time slot and it assigns a gate code. You can only access the gate during your one hour slot and it’s well fenced and secure so can’t access it out of hours.

Can’t really see why you would want or need outside help either.

So is the point here , you’re supplying a safe secure area which is guaranteed to have clients own dog(s) in it for that time slot ? I that the big attraction?

What happens stupidly expensive, ever so much loved family pet picks up some nasty disease from said field having contracted it from eating previous mutts droppings.
Nice big bill landing for mega expensive vet treatment , after all they have paid for a nice safe play area!
