Reality of a No Deal Brexit

Because it will show that no country can leave the EU and they can drive on full throttle to make the EU a one country state.

Don't forget the veto goes next year so no one can country can refuse/ object to something if they don't like/ agree with it.

If you think the EU wont make an example of the UK if we don't leave then please don't take any offence you are very gullible!

If anything the EU as a bloc are extremely unemotive. The veto may go but generally 27 countries have to agree with something. I'm not gullible at all - the EU is a faceless and bureaucratic organisation for sure but its also an unwieldy supertanker and is not really into "personal" stuff.

You could be accused of doing the exact same! I voted remain and still would but we are where we are and need to get on and try and get a deal and get out as planned. Until the country actually unites again it will continue to be a total shambles.

I agree we need to unite and get a deal and get out but ardent/backward/ inward looking/ thinking remainers like cowbunga have no intention in agreeing to any deal that might mean we leave the EU and thus why a no deal exit is more and more likely with every passing day!

If we don't leave the UK will end up in a far worse place than if we do leave that is for sure!
i voted leave
under any deal mooted so far we are not leaving....only a no deal, bonfire of regs, protextionist brexit will set us free........first thing boris did was to announce zero import tarriffs.....second thing announce plans for more regulation...third thing rehash TM's deal....IMO remaining is better

To be honest the country is pretty rotten at the moment and needs to be completely pulled apart and rebuilt up to be something a lot better.

If we don't leave then the UK will really be pulled apart and what you see now will be nothing of what will happen I fear!

And it will be the fault of remainers who detest democracy unless they agree with the answer!

Have you seen/ read the small print of his deal?

Because unless anyone has they cant state what you are stating.

I'm exactly the same as you.

Mays deal was worse than staying in. Boris may get something done but it doesn't look like it.

I just don't see leaving as feasible and not sure its ultimately worth it. We can still get our feet under the table in the EU and evolve it from within. There is a lot I don't like about the EU but I cannot see how we can leave. Just being pragmatic about it.

Cameron tried to change the EU within and got nowhere............

You will NEVER change the EU regardless of being a member or not, its run by the French and Germany and they only care about what is good for their own country's!

Sooner or later the EU will break up that is for sure regardless of the UK leaving or not!

This is the whole problem with part government .what is happening instead of all parties getting onside to deliver anything not just Brexit.
Only thing a government wants is to stay in power I have never seen on side say that's a good idea let's do that for anything. If they put as much effort in to governing as disagreeing with each othe my god we might just fix shtt

If we don't leave we will end up the cesspit of the EU within 10 years as the EU will make an example of the UK

UK population will double as we will end up the dumping ground for all the immigrants coming into the EU

We will be forced to have the euro and we know what will happen then.

We will have to disband our armed forces and re deploy them in the EU army.

Our payments into the EU will triple at least with none of it coming back to the UK.

And that's just a few examples of what will happen!
To quote you.
Project fear!!
How do you know any of this?

When we see the actual document we will find out either way but until then its just speculation.

well we know 1/ zero tarriffs on imports
2/ boris' wish on animal transport
3/ the 'great repeal bill' to enshrine current eu rules/regs into uk law
i'm struggling to see what we're leaving....i'm no brussels fan but hopefully this affair will reign them in a little
nigel farage has just likened boris' deal to 'putting lipstick on a pig'

I would sure like to see where it says the veto is going but as this has been a reasonably Brexit free zone maybe here is not the place for this, so I will just look through the telegraph’s fb pages and I am sure I will find where it says it.

The whole of Europe (including the UK) is a throw away society, burdened with unsustainable debt levels. Cracks will appear at some point in the near future and it's not going to be pretty.

I hear what you’re saying but it must be noted that Vernon has been meeting with Government and civil servants for at least two years in his role as the Chair of Dairy UK and I would hope that his finger was very much on the pulse

That may be the problem. He shouldn't have been talking to the government, he should have been talking to new customers outside the EU?
