Well dont I use the deck very often , but have had the cross struts come away if not enough sheep weight on them to hold them in place whilst travelling and to hold the deck door in line I tap wooden wedges in each side to keep the door in centrally line whilst loading and travelling otherwise the lugs shear off and you can't load . Don't let anyone operate it who isn't trained to anticipate it's peculiarities or disaster will occur . It's particularly challenging to use in the dark .
