Andrew Guest.

I learned today that Andy Guest, the Kuhn power harrow specialist, has sadly passed away aged just 63.
He is one person that has often been mentioned on TFF as a contact for most things relating to Kuhn or Accord. I always found him a cheerful and knowledgeable man who was so passionate about his business near Newark, who was so proud of his robot welder, and was usually the one seen operating it or found busy in the paint booth. A regular at many farm and collective sales up and down the country.
RIP Andy.

How sad, it’s no age is it

Years ago at a funeral of a local farmer of the same age, a bunch of us were standing outside in the cold as the church was full. I mentioned that my Dad died at 62, and about six or seven others said the same.
We agreed it was a dangerous age….and if you get past early sixties there were prospects for the future…..

It's odd that you say that. My father has always said that your 50s are a dodgy period. 3 mates around their mid/late 50s had heart attacks and stents fitted last year or so........

Never did business with Andrew Guest but there's plenty of combi drills in my vicinity.

Big loss.

Enjoy what you have while you can, for what's for you will no go bye you

My father got to his 60th year before the cancer that started in his knee took him. He blamed Chernobyl irradiated lamb, I'm hoping it wasn't genetics

Andrew was a "well kent" man. My sympathy to his family
