I have read about these but not given them much consideration but the productivity grant has piqued my interest.
Has anyone any experience of these, good or bad?
We had an old auger with castors on it at the moment but need to our road wheels on it.
It has 1 1/2 inch stub axles and we are looking for some hubs that will fit. Similar to those in the picture (1 inch1/8 stubs on this).
Have a TM where the right hand indicators work but not the left. Bulbs and fuses seem ok but not power to the sockets. Weird to affect just the one side (including the trailer). Have side and brake lights.
Any ideas?
TIA
Had a flyer come through for this company. All looked a bit suspect - no names or addresses, just a list of land line numbers across the uk.
What’s the story?
Our defy nozzles are worn out. We have generally been using them at 100l/ha for spring herbicides. What other nozzles/water rates are people using for Broadway star etc or should we stick with what we know?
Also do people agree with the Syngenta blurb that 100l/ha with Defry nozzles is...
Anybody else suffering worse than normal this year? I am thinking the warm weather has helped the larvae.
It seemed to be blowing a gale whenever we wanted to spray stubbles. We now have quite noticeable losses in Claydon drilled second wheats, where straw swaths were. I think next year it is a...
First full year with a Claydon. Growing a small area of winter barley - conventional is our preference, however, does anybody have any experience with conventional v hybrid in a wide row scenario? Would the spring vigour of the hybrid help close up the rows for weed suppression? Or will the...
We have a lexion 760 (the last incarnation) which intermittently keeps getting confused as to which gear it is in. The big issue being that it drops the revs to 50% each time. A warning comes up saying critical fault.
We’ve fiddled with wires underneath in the gear selector etc which seems to...
We have dabbled with cover crops previously, albeit on a limited basis and with no fixed conclusions. As part of our SFI scheme we are looking to put cover crops in ahead of spring beans. We are on heavy soils but they are regularly (annually) mucked and so the two main aims are to keep hold of...
I am filling out my application under CS Capital Grants for a sprayer washdown area with roof and I have a few queries/questions.
The system asks for the area requested to be submitted in ha. I have done that but it just looks 'wrong'. Also do I need to send my Catchment Sensitive Farming...
We are looking at one of these as a solution to disposing of dirty water throughout the winter months during washdown of poultry sheds.
Ideally we would want to move a 10 cube an hour but the difficulty is that we have a number of different holding tanks. Therefore we want to be able to move...
I am moving a machine 'mid-job' from a NH 235 with integrated Intellisteer. I want to transfer the field data to another NH machine running a Trimble 750 system to retain the same swath lines. However, I am struggling to find a way of transferring the field data to a USB to upload. On the...
I am trio-ing with a NH t7.235 auto command. When I put the pto I am getting the full boost. I know it is not meant to kick in without a load and it doesn't on any of our others.
Question is will it do any harm? Is there actually any difference between this machine and the bigger models?
Need to change the chopper blades on a 570. What's the best option? Plain or serrated, 3or4mm, spurious or stick with genuine Claas?
Any experiences gratefully received.
What would someone have paid for this 3 seasons ago?
200k? If so that's £250hr - we're not new combine buyers but who's buying jd with those levels of depreciation?
As above? We have fields where the ditch forms in on the boundary, together with a hedge. Do they need to be marked on the RLR?
thank you in anticipation.
