KV tine drill metering wheel sensor retro fit
Have a KV tine drill with metering wheel that occasionally stops turning when a clod blocks the wheel turning, leaving a 'lapwing' plot of undrilled crop. Has anyone retro fitted a sensor that will sound an alarm when the metering wheel stops turning ? The ESC control box doesn't seem to do... -

Is it easy to split a 3 metre combi.
Is it quite simple to split a 3 metre combi? For good reasons I only have 85 & 95 hp tractors. So no chance with a combi. Is it ok to buy a combi & run the power harrow on one tractor & drill on the other? Thinking 12K budget for 3 metre combi, maybe an A frame to buy? Second hand of course.- Devil's advocate

Accord drill putting out more seed than calibration
Any ideas? Was drilling grass the other week and it was putting out nearly an extra 2 kg/ acre I just kept putting a bag in at a time weigh what left just before it ran out and compare to acerage covered no good though if not extra seed.
