About ten days ago I woke in the night with a very sharp pain in my brain/head. Ever since then I’ve had this feeling if dull pressure in my head which is worse when I lie down and it also wakes me in the night. I’ve had on going neck pain annd stiffness before and during all of this. I’d...
Hello all just a quick one what sprays are out there that can tackle Bristly Oxtongue in a grass lay for hay, not sure why but they have suddenly appeared in a great number.
I have also got a small problem with Flatweed. Not sure if there is a chemical that can tackle both without affect the...
I have a 12.5 acre field that has an average ph5. And a problem with reeds as the field gets very wet.
I have been advised to apply lime to up the ph level and wonder how much per acre.
TIA
As the weather is pants in the UK , I'm searching for decent weather harvests ,

Hi - I'm looking for some advice. We have several fields that through neglect have built up dense rushes over the last 15-20 years. A couple were drained in the 1980's / 90's, one was not although does not seem overly wet. Soil PH around 5.6-5.8. P&K fine. Some although not all of the land may...
This is Iris fodder radish from @Great In Grass which has grown well. This is the most advanced plant, with most still flowering. Will it set viable seed now? These pods have immature seeds at the moment.
Hi I sprayed 10acres with Thristlex today how long would you have to keep sheep of it for? There’s plenty of grass on it so looking to get back on asap cheers
Writing up my spray records from just applying some pre-ems, I looked back to mid 2000's. The amount of chemicals we use now compared to then and how we got by with simple fungicides makes it look like the industry has gone down the pan. A lot of actives have gone and those left we have been...
Whilst killing as few other species of grasses/ herbal ley as possible please?
I'm convinced its come in a seed mix that shouldn't have had any but of course the seed company are swearing no one else has complained and it must've self seeded - not in this volume it hasnt in one year :o
Cheers.

Put grass seeds in about 3 weeks ago, they are up and away. Sprayed with roundup first, should I be spraying for docks again now or wait until Spring. I can see the little buggers there starting to grow. Our two Spring reseeds were not sprayed at all, tried to be clever, it didn't work, now...
So we have some established docks and thistles etc that I want to get rid of.
