Quicker loaders

Just had a set of quicke brackets on a tractor for 4 months.
Brackets are now two pieces and the pin and cone is held together by 3 bolts. These bolts were checked after one week three weeks and four weeks ago at loader inspection.

Yesterday one bolt sheared because they had come loose.

Quickes answer bolts must be checked with a torque wrench every 50 hours. Quite interesting to do as one of the bolts needs the fuel tank removed to check.

After what must be about 35 years think that will be the last quicke loader on the farm.

They are all cost cutting.New MX one here, and comparing to my 14 year old one which is still here, not as well built.
Nothing major but the locking mechanism is different with some very small looking springs, can’t see it lasting as well.

A localish man has a t5 nh with a nh loader which i think is quickie, kept snapping the bolts, tractor was less than a year old when i seen it. The local nh dealers solution was to weld the brackets onto the tractor, they didnt even paint it after, if it was mine id of been loud to say the least
