16x16 electrocommand problems

Hi I have a 17x 16 electrocommand t6.175 . It has no drive on all the odd gears 1,3,5,7,9 and so on. I assume it’s a clutch pack but which one and how much surgery is involved? There’s only just 6000 hours on the tractor and wouldn’t be driven carelessly but it does a good amount of loader work. TIA

Sounds like the clutch packs but always worth doing a gearbox calibration to make sure.
If its c1 and c2 clutch packs its not too bad, split tractor at the front of the cab.
If its c3 and c4 clutch packs its cab off job and alot more work im afraid.
Done c1 and c2 on a tsa few years ago but pretty sure i lost the even gears but i cant remember now. Parts wasnt too bad from memory just labour intensive

Check the solenoid first, my mxu had exactly same symptoms as yours a few weeks ago, replaced solenoid and quick calibration . Make sure you get a green topped solenoid i was given wrong one first.
If you get underneath the right hand side of the tractor look up towards the transmission, on the side is a bank of solenoids with plugs on the bottom. Swap some around to see if your problem moves to the opposite gears.
I tried this with mine in the hope it was a simple fix but turned out it was the clutch packs
