The state of the 320 would be putting me round the bend to be fair, all very well having all these shiny machines but you’ve got to have operators to look after it and drive it right

Just nudging 6000 hrs after two years. World and his wife drives it but I think I’ll spec auto lube for the next one. ‘Tis a dairy farm after all where grease is an unknown quantity

How long do you keep them? I tried a claas the other day and really rated it,I’m currently racking up hours on a hire machine still

70 odd acres of 3rd cut done
11hours to lift with furthest field exactly 1 mile from pit to clamp all travelling across fields. (Smoother than the roads and narrow in places!!) 30minute trip pit to pit so not bad going on the longest draw .
Nh210 barking pulling up the banks it’s a combiline waggon [emoji41][emoji108]

Thought about it but never bothered & now it’s Friday evening so nothing will be done until Monday at the earliest.


Aye. Just back from hols on Wednesday and had to catch up with things before taking on grass. Hope haven't missed it though. No mowing tomorrow I think as Sunday looks quite high risk. But will see what the mornings forecast brings.
