6930 pto softening

On my auto power premium 6930, the pto engagement is pretty brutal
It seems it’s not a unique problem and I recall reading a solution is to dampen the hyd oil feed (even with just a pipe).
Is the feed pipe obvious external please?

Engage while moving.

Had to do this with 6200,6220 and 6230 .

Only way to prevent shearbolt going(10.9) or damage to machines.

It can be calibrated i believe. Laptop job

are they same set up as a 20 series
as 6620 on sprayer is savage or was , new springs and valve in modulating valve on backend , you can plug pressure gauge in test port and watch it

I have a kongskilde sucker blower and that takes some getting going for both the 6330 and the 6420s. It's a bit tricky to do but I start it going and before it really snatches at it turn it off and then 1 second later while the machine is still turning I turn the PTO fully on. It helps but it's not great. The 2650 I have is easy to start it but after half an hour she is getting quite warm.

Mates 6630 was adjusted to be softer.
Should be possible.

interesting. I have an alternative dealer in the opposite direction, I’ll ask them. My old UK dealer is no longer JD… but I might ask their opinion

SA is able to adjust pto modulation and pressure on the pack
