There are three cottages at Tewes Farm. One is a two-bedroom cottage, one is a three-bedroom and the other is a four-bedroom cottage.

Bidwells property advisor, James Wood, said: “The sale of Tewes Farm offers a rare opportunity to acquire a large, commercial, highly attractive residential arable farm in the desirable village of Little Sampford, North Essex.

“Tewes Farm has been owned for generations by the vendor family and has been professionally farmed and managed with exemplary care and attention to detail.

“The property includes a commercial block of farmland with farm buildings and a portfolio of residential property.”
