What a load of tosh just out to buy development sites on the cheap.

The style looks vaguely familiar? I'd say Annabelle’s Woolly Wool may be a land banking scam.
The 'badger vs hedgehog' header still makes me chuckle

I think you are a little hard on these type of people, I am sure many do genuinely believe, they can make a living on 5-10 acres of land. They are not all trying to make a quick buck.
Hence my first post Mr C. On a quick look though there is a contact address which is just a PO box in Guildford. Of course Annabelle might be just protecting her self from nutty landowners but the apparent wool business also operates through the same PO box with virtually just that on the website.
I must get a life.

Have had these in the past but always bin them, it's quite a common theme for the Caravan Club to try on, a friend very nearly sold a small block and after doing a fair bit of research found out it was in fact The Caravan Club, I think when the chap mentioned paying in cash sort of gave the game away!
But had a London add and also website etc so looked legit
