Are the RPA paying?

Just wondered how other folk are getting on with the RPA and payments.
I've got 2 CS agreements, one higher and one mid-tier and I've not received any revenue payments now for about 14-months!
I also have 2 capital grants I've claimed, I'm now in the realm of of 100 days. I was told payment would be 28-56 days, now they are just saying 'we can't say when we will process'
It's not like they are asking me questions, I have heard absolutely nothing, not a peep, unless I chase them! and then lt's just fobbed off with a non-answer.
My mid-tier has a mistake by the RPA processing team, not bad considering it's only 3 fields! they said it's been fixed...heck as like...it's still not right.
So am I on my own?

That really isnt good enough on their part is it. Our Mid tier was paid 1st December Presumably you put in your revenue claim...

Yes my claim, is in ok. They asked me details about the claim, but they've put the wrong option in the parcel.
Hand on my heart, I have to say I thought the RPA had the old issues sorted. That seems to be veneer thin and they soon resort to type'
We make a mistake - they fine us 3%
they make a mistake - they fine us 3%
If you stand up for yourself...they stop your payments

Still not received second BPS payment!!
I have had no correspondence from them so I phoned up to find out what the problem was.

Of course the same old answer, we have until June to pay you but hope to pay by the end of March.
They had no idea why I hadn't been paid as there was no query outstanding on the claim!!.

They sent me an email today telling me how wonderful they have been and paid over 97% of farmers by the beginning of December!!!!

We're waiting for CS coming in, it's alot of money, we have spoken to them and they are apparently working on it, since then they have been on the phone to our agent wanting a certain bit of info, so hopefully it won't be long ! We asked if there was less staff doing CS claims because of SFI and according to them it is 2 completely different "teams" and their is no less staff doing CS claims, our scheme is quite complicated but we were assured that there would be prompt payment due to the fact we were forgoing income from last harvest. Got alot of capital claims for fencing to do this year as well, which will start when the weather dries up a bit !

Hi,
personally i'm not convinced the RPA are not above fobbing folk off with excuses. Yes I'm sure they have different teams but since everything is done electronically and not in physical teams, it's nothing to direct staff where they want.
I'm only a small business, so I struggle when people don't pay.
I really like the way things are going but the people in the RPA and DEFRA need to leave their Ivory Tower and realise if they don't pay I can't do

Same here, I did receive a couple of messages saying an old silage heap had been remapped as 0.02ha of grassland and an email in December saying they regretted not paying by Christmas
