Axial after fungicide

sprayed a customer spring barley with .25 proline and .7 ctl, how long till I can spray with axial pro at .7. Agronomist says 7 days anyone sprayed any sooner?

This must be very backward spring barley. The cut off for Axial Pro is GS41 flag leaf sheath extending.

As above I’d mix it with the fungicide so as long as the ear isn’t visible I’d get on with it. The real care is needed after hormone herbicides.

Yes. I tried mixing it with fungicide a couple of years ago and it gave the worst control we have ever had. Normally does 100% job here.
Always worked fine here. Customers i contract spray for do the same and never had any complaints. Some with really thick infestations.

Had similar experience myself but on investigation I think in my case it was applying axial during Mid stem extension of the oat... best control is pre 31 or 37-39 (of oat) according to syngenta. There is a grey area where it can be a bit funny, must be like rapid growth stage of oat or something. Have had lots of positive experience with fungicides and other partners since. I know in your case it sounds like it’s late on but I try to go early, get away with lower rates and if you go before or with blw herbicides you don’t have 21 day intervals to try to remember.
