You are doing a great job, very impressive.

What material will you be using for the final external wall finish? Is the roof to be over clad or remain the same fibre sheets? TIA

Are they letting you leave the original concrete floor @Forever Fendt ?
The original concrete floor is 200 MM thick and reinforced with 10 MM mesh and had a dpm so this will stay and will be overlaid with Insulation and then a screed with the underfloor heating in it If you look at one of the photos showing the floor slab you can see where we cut it and it coincided with one of the reinforcing bars

The roof is staying as it is the vent ridges have had perforated aluminium sheet made up and fitted in the vent so no birds or insects can get through into the roof space and then the roof is going to be sprayed it was already painted but would benefit from being done again as the rooflights have been removed and new sheets inserted the side cladding is Marley Cedral fibre board that will be laid horizontally but this was held up with the delivery from Belgium for obvious reasons

Slow going working on own and leaving clear 24 hrs between plumber and working myself so technically working from home as nobody would want us on site

All good ,the one thing we do is not put the wires thru the plasterboard ,and draw an accurate map /plan ,easier to plaster, but a fab job you are doing

we have a plan of where everything is and will push them up above the board it has 40mm insulation on the back so should not lose any or it will be a case of unscrew a roof sheet and sort it from above
