Good mix of speakers again this year, importantly an opportunity to discuss your thoughts and experiences with other farmers during lunch and dinner too. Great value when booked as a membership package.

I'm booked into the Barnsdale Hall Hotel about 20 minutes up the road. £60/night on Booking.com. The Barnsdale Lodge is just across the road but slightly more expensive. I'm in the area a couple of weeks before for a BASIS module at Loddington so am booked in for that too & have the exam the day after the BASE conference.

I've attached a Word document prepared by the GWCT at Loddington about 1/2 hour away. They've listed a few hotels, pubs & B&Bs in their area.

There is a good B&B in Fotheringhay . Castle Farm Guest house. I think also pub accommodation in Nassington. The Queens Head. All not far from Wansford.

I’m there on the Tuesday. Can’t make it for both days but staying for the evening meal. Looking forward to Meeting everyone.
Travelling down the A1 from just north of Doncaster if anyone wants a lift!

What time does the conference start on both days? I've looked through the bumf and can't find any reference to it! I'm assuming 9am...

I was just about to look for the start time too. So thanks for the info. Is there anywhere over that way to get a good breakfast after a couple of hours drive?

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
