What was good heavys making?Good export types still a good trade at Stirling, but far to many heavy weights. And far to many lean blackie ewes, most just stores really,. Never under stood why folk take them on a fat day.

I always wondered where those big 50kg lambs go.
Can guarantee when everyone has light lambs they’ll want them heavy. Nothing surer. They wanted them heavy up until end of November then changed there tune just as everyone got them up to weight
I know the feeling. I had some good but old cows in ludlow and gave them awayHell thats a good trade , got pants well and truly pulled down at foyles , similair grades and 350-370 kg were £200 less than yours
