What does Everyone recommend, I can't make my mind up.

Is a squeeze crush the bees knees that they say.

We currently have a self locking IAE.
Dislikes, the doors are cranked so doesn't go narrow enough for a lot of smaller stuff. Sucklers amble in and don't lock it then back out, I do wonder if I'd be able to pull a rotating rump bar down to stop reversing would cure this?

Are the guillotine type yokes quick and good enough?

Jobs we plan to do in crush.
Bolus
Worm
Clip backs
Weigh
Little bit of foot lifting

Plan to milk, suckle calves and possibly C section in a calving gate. But might need to crush and nasties.

Any type of Squeeze crush depending on budget - galvanised is better than painted for longevity, the Expensive Imported ones are better still, however, really should be based on cost.
Make sure it has a head scoop & detachable brisket bar - awkward kneeling down bellowing cows always disrupt flow.

I’ve just had a Morris squeeze crush, only hydraulic part is the squeeze. Like you we have sucklers through to finishing. Really like it made the jobs so much quicker and safer. So far used it to TB test, trimming, bolusing and drenching, dehorning older calves that we missed and general treating odd animal. Foot lifting gear can be added on I believe, the vet liked it for testing it has good access by the neck
