Labour have Steven Kinnock lurking in the background .
In my view ,though he is the son of a hard left labour, he is very Tory in his thinking and speech . Labour would have to swing over to the right fir him to get up to be leader but they did that for Blair .
Bearing in mind a lot of northern seats went to Tory at the last election then it would be a clever move for Labour to choose a leader like S.Kinnock to get them back on board .
My point is ....if S Kinnock became leader then whoever replaces Boris won't last .......

I think the real issue here is the immense damage Johnson is doing to the image of this country.
We have a monarch who is going to become increasingly invisible as she prepares to shuffle off this mortal coil, a monarch in waiting who isn't especially liked... and we have this clown fronting "Global GB"

Jeez

If a man who cant make a better excuse than “ I drove 100 miles to test my eyesight “ is your brain, and you are the prime minister, that’s a worry.
I think Cummings got a really bum rap over that, at a time when people especially in London were dying like flies of the virus with a disabled child he decided to take his family out of soulless London to his parents farm, who amongst us wouldn’t have considered doing the same?

Boris was elected basically on a single issue. That single issue is done with and he looks and sounds like an increasingly irrelevant spare part.

The calibre of politicians is so so low though, I wouldn’t trust many of them to run a bath. There has never been a better time for a political disruptor, Cummings was that but Carrie saw to him.

I would have probably done exactly the same in his circumstances, but once having been caught , I would have held my hands up and said it was a fair cop, not make an excuse up that an 8 year old would make. This man gave advice to the head of the country.

We’ve got a by election next month .
14 candidates this time including the Monster Raving Loony party .
I’d be amazed if it’s anything but another Tory, but you never know .

Makes little to no odds who the pm is they are just glove puppets for the civil servants who run the country , west minster is just a muppet show to give us numpties something to focus on take the attention away from them who really run the show. .
Exactly. You would think more people would understand he's just the target. Delivering the message.

He wouldn't be welcome back here, I feel he's stabbed us in the back with trade deals etc.

Ministers are appointed with no knowledge whatever of the ministry they are put in charge of & zero authority or experience of running anything, is it any wonder that no one takes any notice of them.

Would that be the Steven kinnock who campaigned to overturn the referendum and wanted another vote ? I doubt those in the traditional labour constituencies that voted to leave will forget that, he is just another snout in the trough just like his parents
