Do you have common land?
That’s good news
After seeing your post I checked the bank and it’s due in tomorrow which is a great relief. Still owed two lots of HLS money which should have been paid long ago but every little helps.Just now got the RPA ticket to say that we've been paid for 2018, Old Tip.
But still very short on 2017, and on the 2015-17 refund.
Here's hoping that your 2018 payment turns up very soon.
I was talking to a few folks in the pub yesterday and they had common land and had the letter to say payment was delayed but had been paid shortly after the letter. I haven’t looked to avoid disappointmentAfter seeing your post I checked the bank and it’s due in tomorrow which is a great relief. I looked this morning after leaving it alone over the xmas period.I was talking to a few folks in the pub yesterday and they had common land and had the letter to say payment was delayed but had been paid shortly after the letter. I haven’t looked to avoid disappointment
So @Guy Smith , the payment window has been open a month, still not able to talk yet to anyone in the RPA , have gone back to claim validation, NFU rep says there's no plan for January bridging loans yet even though you said " yes we have pressed them to action" them, 2yrs ago remote inspected last year physical on farm mapping so what have they come up with this year?
I had an inspection in August and was told it would likely delay paymentSimilar situation here, although I have never moved away from Claim Validation.
Had a remote sensing survey in 2017 which meant 75% payment in March 18 and the balance in April. Had two physical inspections in October so I think I must be at the bottom of the pile
Could really do with it now.

I had a Hls inspection in November which I was told would likely delay it tooThe first inspector I had here said it shouldn't as they have a deadline to file their report however I think that was said to stop me bending her ear about it for the rest of the day.

Hi GuyI share your frustration as I’m in the same unpaid boat.
They haven’t announced anything yet but my judgement based on their latest and the background noise, is that they have paid out 90% plus so their performance is similar to the last two years.
We will continue to push for swift payments or bridging payments. It’s the Treasury who usually block bridging payments before April if they are feeling sensitive about annual borrowing figures. April is the start of their new financial year.

You are right, they usually pay 25000 smaller mainly grassland cases first which means the % paid out per head is always greater than the % of total fund but by the time the figure gets to 90% of claimants then the fund is ysuallly up to 85% plus.Hi Guy
What is the 90% referring too? Is it 90% of claimants or 90% of the pot? We’ve noticed that the smaller payments seem to be released earlier
Guy, can you explain what use the online 'Claim Status' is if it can move either direction - the RPA tell me that we the customer asked for this, and they have provided it (Albeit he call taker agreed with me that it is about as useful as a chocolate teapot)!
It's misleading, inaccurate and does not actually provide any reliable means of checking your status.
Very sorry to hear that.
Makes it two years out of three for you , or possibly three out of four - somewhat lost track of it all a bit recently.
Here's hoping you get paid very soon, like the other 90% of us..
