I phoned them 2 weeks ago(1st time I had rung) and they just said they were still checking my claim. It said claim validation on website, Rang em again Monday and they said same so I asked if they could put me through to person working on my claim. He said he would get him to ring me. To my surprise Tuesday I get a call from a 0300 number, bloke says there was an issue with a lease of entitlements but it has been sorted and I should get paid by next Monday. I said I have not leased or transferred entitlements for the last 2 years claims it was 2016 when I had a problem but it had been sorted ages ago. He said oh ok well the money should be in your account by this Friday or Monday. Yesterday it changed to preparing for payment online so we will see...............
