BPS - payment poll

I phoned them 2 weeks ago(1st time I had rung) and they just said they were still checking my claim. It said claim validation on website, Rang em again Monday and they said same so I asked if they could put me through to person working on my claim. He said he would get him to ring me. To my surprise Tuesday I get a call from a 0300 number, bloke says there was an issue with a lease of entitlements but it has been sorted and I should get paid by next Monday. I said I have not leased or transferred entitlements for the last 2 years claims it was 2016 when I had a problem but it had been sorted ages ago. He said oh ok well the money should be in your account by this Friday or Monday. Yesterday it changed to preparing for payment online so we will see...............

Spoke to RPA this morning in relation to another matter that then led on to the claim issue. Got told not to forget they have a payment window up until June.....!! My claim is still showing on validation status like a lot more. I am now waiting for a phone call back from someone in the department that processes the claims to hopefully shed some more light. Will let you know what is said.

Mine is on the same. Doesn’t seem like many has been paid lately

I am amazed that mine has changed to 'preparing for payment' I am holding my breathe that is does not revert back to 'claim validation'

Bps turned up today about a month earlier than the letter suggested.

I got paid yesterday, on the second of the 2 claims I'm involved in, first was paid in early Dec. Never had any letters saying it would be delayed, or requests for information, deductions etc, just was held up for some unspecified reason.

I had one early in December too.

Still not heard a word from them.
They are completely useless. It is now almost 3 months since we should have been paid, yet not a single letter or email from them.

I was paid on Tuesday and a colleague also with common rights had theirs on the same day.

Submitted 2018 SAF on 20/4/18 - guess what it was last "looked" at by RPW on 20/4/18!! Can anyone beat that?
