Challenger 45 GPS

Can you get GPS steering system to work on a Challenger 45 ( electric steering wheel ) like a
Trimble CFX 750 and EZ-Pilot with RangePoint RTX

I fitted a few Topcon AES-25 system ( the same as you mention only topcon) to 45 and 75. Hardest boy is getting the damn original steering wheel off! You tell the system it’s a twin track and it will send the steer commands accordingly. Most of these retro fit systems were designed to fit twin tracks originally in the states and Oz

Hi did you ever put the gps steering system on your claas 45? I’m just trying to fit one to our claas but are unable to find a tracked tractor profile to run it on. Tried running it on a wheeled one but steering is too aggressive so just end up going round in circles.

I have an Ezsteer on an 800 series challenger and works like a dream. Cheap and simple broad acre auto steer. Setting will need a bit of fine tuning but nothing major.

Thank you, we managed to get it sorted in the end, the problem was because it was an ex-pilot pro and it used different software.
