I changed my tractor's hub seals and there still is oil leaking onto the inside of the rim.

Any suggestions on what to do now?

Take it apart again.
Is shaft grooved or worn?
Tighter seals
Have shaft built up.
Thicker oil.

Is it...

Where the shaft enters the hub?
Where the outer seal sits around the hub body?

Did you replace both?
I replaced the seal with the saft coming from the axle. (no leak here now)
I replaced the seal the shaft entering the hub (no leak here now)
I also replaced the large oil seal that sits around the hub body.

The leaks seems to be coming from the below gap.

Your correct, mine is a 20.14 carraro axle..the cassette seal comes in a 130mm inner diameter but it's too loose this had a 125mm inner diameter standard seal which was in it before. The photos below shows the difference

Get the correct seal and do the job properly, 5mm difference is usually caused by the inner wear ring part of the old seal being left on the hub.

The wrong seal was obviously put in by the previous owner..I got the correct cassette seal as shown in picture..then it was loose so I got another of the previous one...could you send me where I would find the inner wear ring?

This is a cassette seal if you pull the outside part to the right the inner part gets left behind on the hub, if you see what I mean. Never forget that a previous repair may have included machining something to fit a different (cheaper) type of seal.
