Chicken wormers

Last month the farm hens have been showing signs of worms. Frothy poo. Gaping, going off lay, lethargic.

I’ve been feeding them layer pellets with Flubenvet included for about 3 weeks but they are still not 100%.

Anything else I could try?

Your vet will give you a liquid wormer to put in there water

Put them on Apple cider Vinegar in the water and keep them on it. Just half an egg cup full in a 3 ltr drinker.

Sprinkle Diatomaceous earth on their pellets for 3 days each month +at the same time, the apple cider vinegar in their water for 3 days a month.
Also spread the diatomaceous earth on their fresh bedding to control mites.

Probably feeding mash/pellets. I feed mine on straights. You can see what you are feeding with Wheat/Cut Maize and Rolled Barley.

I am no expert (one will be along shortly) but I dose with Flubenvet when worms are suspected. Not bird flu is it?

I’ve always used flubenvet and never had an issue, but if your still treating them after 3 weeks
