How many hours has it done?
Think it’s a good simple tractor.
Has the head gasket been changed?

I had a 620c for 5 years it was a good basic jump on and go kind of tractor. Didn’t have many problems with it the worst one was a computer module going down which rendered it undriveable, took the mechanic a couple of hours with the laptop to work out what was wrong. Module was £600 and Claas contributed about £250 even though it was out of warranty. Worst thing about the 620c was very heavy fuel consumption even on light duty work like balewrapping (no smaller tractor available) It wasn’t that gutsy either and if I had it now I think I’d get someone like The Derv Doctor to work his magic on its JD engine.

the tractor has done 3300 hrs . I don't know about the head gasket and to be honest I am not sure if its still for sale …
I ought to find out as for the money it was/is quite good value …. we had a bit of a fall out and my brother told me to forget it but now things have calmed down he thought we should go look - typical !

Should be a good tractor with those hours on , we’ve got 6 now and 3 of them are over 7000 hours

We have a lot of Claas tractors the tractors are fine but the service we get from Claas Eastern is really good. If we order a part before midday it will be there in the morning even if it comes from France. Contrast this with New Holland i rang Burdens on monday afternoon looking for a part for one of my tractors i was told they didn't have it but another depot did they would have it by the morning three days later they still don't have it even though it's just a fifteen minute drive away I'm told. And i paid for it in advance.

I had a 2010 630c about 8 years ago it was a brilliant tractor to drive and plenty of power but it was no end of bother mainly electrical issues then i got rid and got a cis model which wasnt as lively in my opinion and was slightly more reliable but still had a fair few issues. The renault ares i had before the claas was faultless. Just my experience of them
