A good description with the engine hours and perhaps some pictures builds a better question..

If its grinding would it not be the syncro and its only fit to engage on the move hinting at the syncro aswel, id say its a gearbox out job and totally go through it. Typical dyna6Clutch Pack knackered.

If it was me id price up a service exchange unit through agco and claas before starting to replace things as last i heard they werent that badWhy I suggested swinnertons as opposed to a ' might be this migjt be that ' outfit.
Yeah I was thinking Jackson’s but a bit out of their area I suppose in CheshireIf you're near Yorkshire there's Jacksons Motor Engineers at Ripon. They used to be Renault dealers and have carried on as a Claas tractor specialist. They turn over a few second hand ones too
