CNH Breakup

Just heard that CNH is breaking up, splitting the industrial side from the ag side

Does anyone have any details on any of this, man at the pub says case is to become premium machine, reintroduce Steyr as a mid class and NH to be poor man's horse and to lose T8 and T9 ranges...All of which I find very hard to believe unless CNH has went completely wahoo

so after becoming one brand to "save money on admin and development costs" they are now splitting the business to "save money", perhaps they have seen Fendt sell stuff to farmers who want to be seen driving a label in the same way folk want Merc or bmw and think we will have some of that, lets just add £20,000 to the price and tell them its worth it

Cool I will flog my premium Case tractor and buy a shiny new “new Holland” with change to spare then??

case have a way to go I think.

was looking at a couple tractors on local main dealer websites today one a case the other a NH spec wise they were as close as it’s possible to get but blue one was 12k more!

I’ve always found this, hence we have reds, they have always been cheaper spec for spec, I don’t think I’d describe my Pumas as premium tractors  I’m quite happy spending long days in them but premium

That doesnt make sence seein as ther all the same tractor basicly plus steyr looks smarter than case or nh and they always use the line case betr than nh cause its assembled at steyr plant so therefore if any o them is to be premium it would surely be the steyr. Are they gonna start sellin steyr here again cause that be just sweet. Imagine if they brought out a metallic version of that ?

So I will have to sell my worthless trusty NH and buy a steyr as an upgrade? And my battered case Mx will be the premium machine
