New crop catching up at last!
- May '18 up £4.10 yesterday, on news of a 5% reduction in UK planting
Didn't think 5% reduction in uk would make any difference to futures prices.
Even though it is UK futures prices?
I thought the UK's arable area was insignificant in the scheme of things?

Sold milling toady £150 , its £145 off the combine full spec , roughly 10-14 quid premium over feed.
It's grim up north so the old saying goes , you lot have been getting £150 for feed wheat so it ain't all that grim !!
Futures took a bit of a battering yesterday

sold some old crop last week at £146 feed bases ex farm plus a £20 min milling premium
so watch it rally right up now !!
have made no sales (other than none default quality premium) for next season yet
What's decent Sept WOSR forward sell price at them moment? Anyone forward selling or waiting until harvest to trade?
