Can you block the phone signal anyway ?? so they cant livestream ??
Work use trackers on vans - bought a tracker blocker (fits in cigarette lighter) for a colleague and can confirm it works .........
Only downside is google maps on phone doesn't work either :( lol.

Set up a burger van with an elephants leg, tea, coffee & traditional British Rail sarnies, you know the ones with curled up edges😁
You’ll make a fortune👍

definitely this^^
sell the advertising space on a curtainsider and park it up. work it to your advantage. Could even get the camera gang on your side, work with them and they could really supplement the farm income.

If they are conducting a commercial operation from your property by filming for financial gain on this footpath then this can not be right. I don't think a commercial dog walker can use a footpath to conduct their business. As for filming you, I think they need your written permission. I was once asked by a firm I supply if they could film various field operations on the farm but they said that they would not film without my written permission.

@Rnold is right, you can't run a business from a RoW We used to have a Riding Stables in our village-if they took a group of riders on a Bridleway they were breaking the law but if an unescorted group chose to use the Bridleway that was fine.

As for filming in a public place, I would say that a RoW is a private place (certainly privately owned) to which the public have a limited right of access. Off the RoW is certainly private though. You may be able to film in the street but you are not allowed to film from the street into say a private house.

I don't think we know who owns the land yet do we?
I did ask up thread.

If it's a big issue the OP needs legal advice or contact the police rather than listening to anonymous voices on a forum.

1 block of land has a really good spot to film aeroplanes from. Never bothered me until these live streamers turned up.
I guess the spotters just did it for there own use.
Now almost every day there is someone there filming putting it on YouTube for over a thousand people to see live while I unlock gates to check sheep, the other day I looked in on a channel and my face was feet from a lense.
I really don't want to be kept being filmed as I go about my business, wife's pee'd off and I won't let kids do gates now if with me.
I'm guessing these so called professionals doing this for a living can do this from a footpath or should they?
As mentioned above, there is no right to loiter and do this. First stop is local Council Rights of Way Officer, you pay your taxes and this is part of why. Tell him precisely what is happening, and tell him why it's got to stoop, record all correspondence.

As an aside, anything on private land, even on a ROW, that interferes with your work could be construed as Aggravated Trespass - a Criminal offence... (y)

No, it's not illegal to film minors.
If you are in a public place, you can take photos and video of anything you can see.
Can be unlawful, criminal or entirely lawful, depends upon intent. (y)

Plod will ruin your day if they catch you with an active mobile phone signal jammer.

Work use trackers on vans - bought a tracker blocker (fits in cigarette lighter) for a colleague and can confirm it works .........

Plod will also ruin your day if they catch you with a GPS jammer (it's blocking the GPS in the tracker and the one in your phone, hence why google maps won't work either). ISTR it's a £5k fine for that.

I once took someone's picture on a ROW. He had a rifle and had set up some targets. He told me it was alright to use it on my land as he was on a public ROW. This was reported to the police and I heard no more on the matter.

You meet all sorts in the country.🤷‍♂️
