Connor bale wrapper, problems, again.

Yesterday my wrapper stopped tipping them of properly in auto, put oil in the tractor, but didn't help much at all, a real pain, probably need to send box to King's but wrong time of year for that, was thinking the bales were heavier with the welger but it was nice stuff, not wet. It just needs to go 6inchs more.

If its a static wrapper like mine, I put a couple of bits of 7*3 timber under the front so it works on an angle. Can also tension the belts to make it tip the bales of easier.

This is defo the last year of this machine, its still bursting the plastic with the bale coming over to tight on to a bobbin, bobbin is brand new, only way to solve it is another machine. So bloody annoying.

One from last year, put new bobbin on but still does it, not everytime.

Not familiar with Connor but I'd guess there will be a tip off time in the settings somewhere. That will need increasing by half a second
Not sure on the OP’s one but mine uses RDS box looking the same as the mchale, various settings can be changed on it.
the bobbin should be straight up, not angled like the one in the pic

The man from Connor said going buy the pics the angle of the bobbins shouldn't make much difference really, but obviously does, they've been like that since l bought it, l never bent it.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
