Same here, C19 has buggered me, did half the dog walks and 3 load with the sprayer and I was spent, had food and a sleep and just back in from putting the dogs to bed.
struggle to do half of the hours I did pre C19 getting me 😏
It’s mental torture and can’t see a way forward at the moment. 🙈

Can you not just do less. I do far less now than 3 years ago I might have less money to play with but less rushing about! Sounds like you have a decent farm set up and a bit of off farm work just take on what you can or want to do. No one will give 2 fs if you have a breakdown, they only want to know if you will fix their boiler!

constant rain makes it worse negative ions ? coming drier now though i suspect, hmm

work in progress to recapture that vigour thatwas had in my 20's :D:unsure: or at the very least fight the urge to want to go back to bed :cautious:

Definitely get to the docs. Get irons, vit d’s, etc tested.

are you on any medications? Some, such as omezparole can block absorption of certain vits/minerals
