damaged wire harness FL120 third function

Hello! Yesterday I would load grain with my bucket with third funkcion, but it does not work. The tractor is Claas Arion 640 2009 with genuine loader fl120 with electropilot. The oil from the hydraulic connection of the loader has dissolved the wires for the modul for the third function. What is the part number of this part and can be repaire or have to buy new, it is 400 euro.

I have solved the problem. From the tractor there are two sockets. One with two wires - for the power supply for the front loader. The second socket is for the control, connected to the electropilot F3 and F4 functions. When you press F3 or F4, you have +12v signal. All you need is new transistor control. The parts are 3-4 euro. If the loader is only with F3 function, it's not necessary to make the the control for F4 function. If anyone has a similar problem I can help with a schematic and additional explanations. The price in Claas for this little box is just ridiculous.

Thankyou for sharing this loader solution. I am fitting a loader to an Arion 620 CIS 2010 type A19 that has never had a loader. I have found the spare round 4 pin plug which must be the F3/F4 signal from the joystick. Loader 3rd service solenoid is looking for a 12v current. Pretty sure I need to grab 12V from the battery area and use that plug to drive a relay.

I would be grateful to receive your diagram, ideas etc and pointers to find the other plug you commented about. Thankyou.

J474, you have to use pin 1 and pin 3 for a little relay. It's for the command. The power supply is J518, and you have to put a fuse number F11, on the board next to the battery. With laptop you have to allow the f3 function to be used with frontloader. Before that you can try with multicet, if you have +12v on pin 1 on socket j474 when you press F3, everything will work. If you want f3 and f4 function, with the diagnostic you have to allow the f4 function. If it is not allowed, with f3 and f4 on the electropilot, you will command only f3. For f4 it's necessary to add second relay to pin 2 and pin 4 on J474.
