Standing surrounded by green wheat ears lapping up the sunshine, Ian Lutey stoops to take a closer look at the crop of SY Insitor. As he looks across the uniform green in front of him, there’s a gleam in his eye. “If you can’t get excited about harvest at this time of year then you’re in the wrong job,” he smiles.
